Our tourism offering began in 2017; however, it was in 2019 that Chile Nature Expeditions was formally established as a high-quality, exclusive, and private guiding service. Our programs are designed for travelers who wish to explore Chile beyond the boundaries of their hotel accommodations.
As professional guides with years of experience, and certified as Remote Area Lifeguards and Wilderness First Responders (WFR), we are committed to transforming your vacation into an unforgettable travel experience. We create personalized, exclusive, and safe programs that reveal Chile’s most remarkable and lesser-known treasures.
Our focus is on showcasing the natural beauty and unique landscapes of our country, from the Atacama Desert in the north, to the Maule region in central Chile, and the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia in the south.
Additionally, we offer exclusive astronomical tours in San Pedro de Atacama. Inés holds a Diploma in General Astronomy from Andrés Bello University and is the author of the book “Practical Guide for Astrotourism Guides.” Her academic background and professional expertise will allow her to guide you on a unique journey through the cosmos, delivering an enriching, rigorous, and truly memorable experience.

ASTRONOMICAL PRESENTATION
We held the presentations in the town of San Pedro de Atacama, in northern Chile, located at 2,400 meters above sea level. Its climate is arid and mostly clear, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year, allowing for spectacular views of clear, starry skies.
We moved away from the lights of San Pedro towards the Cordillera de la Sal, a place that offers a unique natural experience, with stunning views of the desert mountains and the stars, creating a magical and unforgettable atmosphere for visitors.

Inés is a great hiking guide because she will meet and surpass all your expectations, is a true profesional and your safety during hikes is her utmost priorit, uses simpler hike to gauge your abiities and makes recomendations for future hikes base don those abilities.
. She has a lot of knowledge of the the Atacama desert, and all the routes and trails. She modifies her pace to suit yours, be it fast or slow. She comes well prepared with snacks and lunch, and uses breaks to get to know the people she is hiking with.
